Rent Collect Service Set up fee £360: Rent collection fee 12% : All other fees as above
Additional Charges Attending legal proceedings £60 per hour : 3D Virtual Tour £180 : Gas safey cert , EPC , PAT test and electrical checks at cost.
Let Only Fee
6 Months: £510 or 50% of first months rent, whatever the greater. 12 Months: £570 or 50% of the first months rent, whatever the greater. Tenant referencing £30: Guarantor referencing £30.
Additional Charges: Rent guarantee £120: Renewal of tenancy with new ast £150: Attending legal proceedings £60: Property Visits £60: Annual income and expenditure reports £60: Property visits £60 : Inventory subject to size of property: Inventory check out £75: 3D VR £180: Gas safety, EPC, PAT testing, electrical check all at cost. Deposit registration £36 (Deposits will only be transferred to landlordsat start of tenancy if they belong to a tenants deposit scheme and informed us in writing enclosing a copy of the registration certificate)
The fees are payable at the commencement of the tenancy and will be deducted from monies received by the agent on the landlords behalf. If the tenant leaves prior to the end of the term of tenancy, the landlord shall not be entitled to reimbursement of any fees paid.
